主料: 西米1两(约40克),核桃2两(约80克),鲜奶(或椰汁)1杯,糖3汤匙,生粉1汤匙,清水适量。

做法: 1、西米洗净,用冷水浸约30分钟,沥干;核桃去衣磨碎。

2、煮滚2杯清水,放入西米,用中火煮5分钟熄火后再焗5分钟,至西米全透明,沥干水分。

3、将水1杯煮滚,加入西米及核桃碎,煮约5分钟,加糖煮溶。

4、生粉用2汤匙水调匀,慢慢倒入西米内煮稠,熄火后,加入鲜奶(或椰汁),搅匀试味,改慢火将核桃糊煮熟(但不要滚),趁热吃。

备注: 1、核桃碎用白锅炒后再煮会更香。核桃的益处很多,能补肾健脾,滑大肠,养颜润肺,对防高血压、哮喘亦有效。

2、奶或椰汁后加不煮沸,吃起来会比较滑及有奶香。

3、西米甘温性平,可治脾胃虚弱、消化不良等。
