性质:透析提取可在发酵期间把产品连续地直接从发酵液中提取出来,这样可大大改善具有反馈调节特性的代谢物生产。例如,由灰色链霉菌生产放线菌酮(装置如图所示,图暂缺)透析环路管经发酵器后返回萃取器。当溶剂二氯甲烷在透析环路管内流动时,发酵液内的放线菌酮随即被萃入溶剂,接着,溶剂进入萃取器内分层。据报道,该时放线菌酮的收率可较常规法增加将近一倍。
