做法:洋葱末加少许水沸煮3分钟,加入去皮并切成碎末的番茄,再加一小撮盐和10克冰糖,小火煮开,再煮10分钟,然后中火收浓即可。

贴士:一般瓶装的番茄汁难吃,麦当劳的又太贵,自己动手做,味香,浓淡均可,可作芡汁浇在面条上,也可蘸炸鸡,或夹面包、馒头。缺点是储存时间短,最好即做即吃,否则洋葱味道会变,会很臭。洋葱胀气,吃多了容易放屁。
