山楂、葡萄干、莲子、冰糖、银耳、酸奶
做法
1、坐锅点火，水烧开后放入绿豆，煮约10分钟后，将漂浮在水面上的绿豆皮捞出，倒入银耳、山楂、莲子，小火焖一个小时左右，放入冰糖和葡萄干。
2、用纱布过滤后倒入碗内，在冰箱里降温，冷却后放入酸奶即可。
特点
清凉可口，营养丰富。
提示
葡萄干不能放得太早，否则容易溶化。
