The vertical directional solidification process of steel ingot was simulated considering the ingot structure and casting material properties, the initial condition and boundary conditions and natural convection of liquid metal and solute diffusion during solidification.

gangd旧9 shusong钢锭疏松(shrinkage porosity)镇静钢钢锭内部的微小孔隙。集中分布于轴心区的微小孔隙称中心疏松，分散于其他部位的微小孔隙称一般疏松。疏松一般通过钢坯或钢材的横向酸蚀试样检验。疏松程度根据标准评级图评定，分为1级至5级。疏松破坏钢组织的致密性，降低钢的塑性和韧性。对于内部致密度要求严格的合金钢及优质碳素结构钢，技术标准规定疏松应小于2级或3级。钢锭疏松是由于钢锭凝固过程中某些微小封闭区域钢液冷凝收缩得不到填充所致。收缩倾向大的钢种，疏松程度亦大。疏松通常与偏析伴生。钢中气体、非金属夹杂及硫、磷等杂质元素含量高时，疏松程度加重。选择合理的锭型，提高钢液的纯净度，控制适宜的注温、注速，有利于减轻疏松程度。增大钢锭轧制的压缩比，可显著降低疏松评级和减弱其不良影响。 (颜广庭)
