1 产品结构分析
产品如图1所示，材料为SECC，料厚1.0mm，U形件下部挤合在一起。
2 模具结构设计
由产品结构分析可知，该零件不能用连续模或级进模生产，只能用单工序冲模或者复合模生产，为了提高生产效率，考虑到可采用一种特殊的棋具结构一次完成弯曲、挤合。模具结构如图2a所示。件1为弯曲凸模，件2为侧推摆块，该侧推摆块只能由水平位置顺时针摆动90度，其它方向摆动受限制。件4为转动圆体，它与凹模组块与结合在一起，件6为限位块，用来阻制凹模组块5的水平移动行程。
3 模具工作过程
模具起始位置如图2a所示，当冲压开始后，田2b侧椎摆块2顺利摆动地通过了转动圆体4，压力机滑块继续下行至下死点，如图2c，U弯件弯曲完成。压力机上升，侧推滑块2压迫转动圆体4带动凹模组件5向凹摸中心移动，完成挤压，如图4d所示。压力机上升至上死点，弹簧7使两凹模组块分开，取出工件，如图4d。至此完成一个工作循环，模具回复到图4e位置。
4 结束语
该模具结构独特，制造简单，操作方便。制造时必须注意转动圆体4和侧推摆块2的安装位置，确保侧推摆块2、转动圆体4、凹模组件5在挤合过程中．能够准确地使产品成形。
