性质:用沥青直接或经过热改性后熔融吹入水中或喷雾成小球制成。用沥青和改性剂混合分散制成的空心碳微球直径40~400μm。碳微球具有自烧结性可不加填料直接烧成各向同性的碳球。易于与树脂复合作为导电功能复合材料。另外,若将磺基化合物插入碳微球中间相层中,可使中间相碳微球的电阻下降为10-2Ω·cm。空心碳/石墨微球,一般尺寸5~150μm,壁厚12μm,密度0.2~0.22g/cm3。广泛用于树脂的填料和增强体。
