性质:由姜科植物姜(Zingiber officinale Roscoe)的根茎经水蒸气蒸馏得到。为淡黄至黄色液体。具生姜特征香气。0.870~0.882。1.488~1.494。旋光度-28°~-47°(25℃)。皂征值≤20。主成分为姜烯(Zingiberene)、生姜酚(Shogaol)、姜醇(gingerol)、姜酮(zingerone)、柠檬醛等。主产于牙买加、西非、印度、中国和澳大利亚。主要用于各种含酒精饮料、软饮料和糖果,也用于香水等化妆品。
