A new method for fermentation of meleumycinum using hydrolysis sugar of maize meal as carbon source instead of glucose was proposed and investigated in this paper.

The production technology for hydrolyzed sugar solution from corn flour through a double-enzymatic method was optimized by means of a central composite design and a conversion model for corn flour was obtained by fitting of test data.

Shake flask culture was used and the yield of polysaccharide was taken as main index to ensure the optimum culture conditions of submerged fermentation for Ganoderma lucidum by corn mash medium.
