Effects of Hericium extract on the growth of lactic acd bacteria were studied.
猴头菇抽提物对乳酸菌生长的影响进行了研究,结果表明:猴头菇抽提物对乳酸菌的生长具有促进作用,即使猴头菇抽提物的添加量达到10%,也不会对乳酸菌的生长产生抑制作用。

[用料] 鸡肉250克,黄豆150克,猴头菇200克,茯苓30克,红枣适量,油盐适量。
[功效] 健脾益气,去湿。
[制法] ①将鸡肉洗净后切块备用;黄豆先用清水浸泡,洗净后备用;猴头菇用温开水浸泡软之后切成薄片备用;茯苓、红枣(去核)分别洗净;②将上述的材料一起放进砂锅内,加清水适量,用大火煮沸后改用小火煮3个小时,以黄豆糜烂为度。
