用料:翠玉苹果2个,鱼肉400克(鲤鱼、草鱼、鲈鱼均可)。哈密瓜半个,春卷皮4张,葱1根,姜1片,盐、淀粉少许,植物油适量。
做法:
1、鱼肉切片,用葱、姜及调味料腌10分钟,备用。
2、苹果与哈密瓜去籽、去皮,切成同鱼肉大小的方形片,淀粉调成糊状。
3、用春卷皮包卷鱼片、苹果与哈密瓜片成长方形状,用淀粉糊粘牢,入油锅中炸酥、捞起、沥干。
4、将每块对切排入盘中即可。
鱼肉要切成薄片,并且要用辛香料先腌过,才能去腥味。苹果要选口感清脆的。这款菜闻起来浓香阵阵,吃起来清香独特,所含热量很少,具有减脂功效,是最适合女士口味的一款佳肴。
