针对兖矿集团东滩煤矿年产600万t 1303综放工作面实际情况,进行了工作面尘源分析,并基于风流紊流的三维k-ε流动方程组模型,应用控制容积法和计算流体力学(CFD)的SIMPLE(压力耦合方程式的半阴解法)方法,对工作面断面粉尘流场的浓度和流线进行了ANSYS数值模拟,然后根据支架喷雾降尘用喷嘴的性能实验,优选了安设到综放液压支架上的喷嘴类型,最后提出了1303综放工作面支架喷雾降尘装置的优化设计方案。
