性质:一种精油。由甜橙的果皮经压榨或经蒸汽蒸馏而得。黄色、橙色或黄棕色液体。有特殊的橙子气味和温和的芳香滋味。密度0.848~0.853。折射率1.473~1.475。旋光度+88°~+98°。溶于乙醇和冰醋酸。主要成分是右旋苧烯,含量达90%以上。并含有癸醛,是橙子气味的主要来源。用于配制饮料、食品、牙膏、肥皂等的香精以及医药等。加工后可制成无萜橙油。
