补充资料:奈瑟氏菌科
      细菌的1科。本科细菌革兰氏染色阴性,球形或球杆形,营呼吸代谢。球菌多呈双球菌状排列,相邻一侧扁平或略凹呈肾状;杆菌则短粗,长宽相比为(或不到)2:1,无鞭毛,有的种能颤动;胞壁结构染色时有保留紫色的倾向,好氧;最适温度为32~37℃;DNA中的G+C克分子含量为39~52%。
  
  本科包括 4属(见表)。表中前3属是哺乳类粘膜寄生菌,一般营养要求复杂,不易培养。不动杆菌属是腐生菌,生长要求不严格,在自然界中分布广。寄生的脑膜炎奈瑟氏球菌和淋病奈瑟氏球菌是重要的致病菌。
