煮沸消毒法


一种以煮沸而达到消毒目的的方法。凡耐热耐湿的物品如金属、玻璃、搪瓷制品等均可用此法消毒。一般细菌在1000℃沸水中约10~15分钟即可被杀灭;对难以被杀灭的细菌芽胞需煮沸1~2小时。
