材料
香菇１６朵、姜１小块
马薯１６个、香菜少许
玉米粒１００公克
素火腿１００公克
【调味料】
盐、味素各１大匙
太白粉３大匙、香油少许
酱油、胡椒粉各适量
【要领】
ａ、因马薯并没有味道，因此香菇
要腌至入味再取出。
ｂ、炸香菇、马薯的时间大约需１
～２分钟。
【做法】
ａ、香菇泡软后去蒂，火腿、姜及
香菜切末，马薯、玉米粒洗乾
净备用。
ｂ、香菇加酱油、胡椒粉浸腌约
１０分钟。
ｃ、马薯沾裹太白粉黏合在香菇上
，然后放入热油中炸熟后，并
捞起立乾排盘。
ｄ、玉米粒、火腿末、姜末加少许
水煮开，加调味料并以太白粉
水勾芡后，倒在马薯上，在撒
上香菜末即可。
