puborectalis syndrome
这是一种以耻骨直肠肌痉挛性肥大，致使盆底出口梗阻为特征的排粪障碍性疾病。确切病因尚不清楚，可能与局部炎症(如坐骨直肠间隙脓肿)及滥用泻剂有关。直肠指诊、盆底肌电图、肠道传输功能检查、排粪造影可协助诊断。保守治疗常无效。耻骨直肠肌部分切除术有助于解除肛管狭窄，从而缓解排粪困难。
