【处方】
炔诺孕酮 300mg 炔雌醇 30mg ──────────────── 制 成 1000丸
【性状】
本品为糖衣丸。
【鉴别】
(1) 取本品1 丸，除去糖衣后，加乙醇约2ml ，微温使溶散后，放冷， 加入碱性三硝基苯酚溶液（取0.6 ％三硝基苯酚的乙醇溶液、7 ％氢氧化钠溶液与稀乙 醇各10ml，在临用前混合）2ml ，放置约30分钟后，溶液呈棕黄色。 (2) 取本品10丸，除去糖衣后，置小烧杯中，加水约4ml ，微温使溶散后，放冷， 移入分液漏斗中，加乙醚20ml，振摇提取，弃去水层，醚层用水振摇洗涤后，经铺有脱 脂棉与无水硫酸钠的滤器滤过，置蒸发皿内，在水浴上低温使乙醚挥散，加氯仿0.3ml 使溶解，作为供试品溶液。另取每1ml 中含炔雌醇1mg 的氯仿溶液作为对照品溶液。照 薄层色谱法（附录Ⅴ B）试验，吸取上述两种溶液各30μl ，分别点于同一硅胶Ｇ薄层 板上，以氯仿－甲醇(9:1) 为展开剂，展开后，晾干，喷以硫酸－无水乙醇(1:1) ，在 105 ℃加热使显色。供试品溶液应显与对照品溶液主斑点相同颜色和位置的斑点。
【检查】
应符合丸剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ H）。
【含量测定】
对照品溶液的制备 照复方炔诺孕酮片项下的方法制备。 供试品溶液的制备 取本品10丸，除去糖衣后，置20ml量瓶中，加乙醇约12ml，微 温使溶散后，放冷，用乙醇稀释至刻度，摇匀，以干燥滤纸滤过，取续滤液作为供试品溶液， 即得。 炔诺孕酮 精密量取供试品溶液与对照品溶液各1ml,分置具塞锥形瓶中，各精密 加乙醇3ml 与碱性三硝基苯酚溶液4ml ，密塞，在暗处放置80分钟，照分光光度法（附 录Ⅳ A），在490nm 的波长处分别测定吸收度，计算，即得。 炔雌醇 精密量取供试品溶液与对照品溶液各2ml ，分置具塞锥形瓶中，于冰浴中 冷却30秒钟后，各精密加硫酸－乙醇(4:1)8ml（速度必须一致），随加随振摇，加完后 继续冷却30秒钟，取出，在室温放置20分钟，照分光光度法（附录Ⅳ A），在 530nm 的波长处分别测定吸收度，计算，即得。
