红白血病
erythroleukemia

红细胞系统和粒细胞两者同时呈肿瘤样增生者。临床根据起病缓急分急性和慢性两种,前者指红血病体急性粒细胞性白血病,故临床表现与急性粒细胞性白血症颇为相似,有严重贫血、高热或不规则发热、出血、肝脾淋巴结肿大等;后者罕见,生存时间较长,最长可达9年,骨髓及血象中主要表现为晚幼红细胞。实验室检查:血象呈正细胞正色素性贫血,也有低色素性或大细胞性贫血,网织细胞增高,白细胞计数减少或正常。出现原始和早幼粒细胞,或单核增高,血小板常低。骨髓象:早期红细胞系统增生明显,中期粒细胞系统增生,晚期全血细胞系统均有改变。本病幼红细胞PAS反应常呈强阳性是其特征。
