Group I:28 cases (28 eyes) performed scleral shortening and vitreous gas injection in the case of no contraction or proliferation of macular epiretinal membrane(ERM).
分为3组,第1组,无明显的黄斑前膜或增生性病变者行巩膜缩短联合玻璃体腔注气(C3F8或消毒空气);第2组,有黄斑前膜或伴有增生性病变者行玻璃体切除联合C3F8填充术;第3组,黄斑孔为“白孔”者行玻璃体切除联合硅油填充术。

Objective To investigate the influence of high levels TGF-β1 on scleral thickness and expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in order to explore the role of TGF-β1 in scleral remodeling and the possible mechnism.
目的采用转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)转基因小鼠,研究高水平的TGF-β1对巩膜厚度以及基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂-2(TIMP-2)水平的影响,以探讨TGF-β在巩膜重塑中的作用及可能的机制。

| 巩膜疾病 sclera，diseases of 巩膜是眼球壁的最外一层，由胶原和弹力纤维构成，不与外界直接接触，深层几无血管，故巩膜病变较少。巩膜病变以炎症为多。可分浅层和深层两种，病因多为全身性疾病，尤其是结缔组织疾病。病理特点为肉芽肿性改变，治疗主要是去除病因，局部和全身应用激素。 |
