liposarcoma
来源于脂肪细胞和向脂肪细胞分化的间叶细胞的恶性肿瘤。50～59岁多见。常发生于软组织深部，如大腿、臀部、腹膜后。肿块体积常较大，呈分叶状，质地柔软，切面黄色或淡黄色，常有囊性变和出血、坏死，无完整包膜。镜下可见分化程度不一、异型程度不同的脂肪母细胞。临床主要表现为局部疼痛和肿块。X线表现透明度大于四周软组织。治疗手术切除。
