运动情绪降碍(barrier of sports mood)运动员在训练或竞赛中情绪因受到内外因素的影响而出现异常，并使情绪与其他心理活动的协调一致受到破坏。运动情绪障碍与下列因素有关:运动的社会意义和激烈的竟争，怀疑自己能否取胜，频繁的重大比赛造成的过度负荷，运动竞技制度紊乱，各种伤病的后果以及强烈的个人性格上的原因。当上述某些不良刺激持续影响，使运动员情绪受到过大冲击，从而发生持续的运动焦虑、忧郁、疑病、易激惹等不良情绪反应，并伴有明显的植物神经功能改变。研究表明，在参加国内外重大比赛的高水平运动员中有50%~55%表现出不同程度的情绪障碍。依竞赛中精神创伤因素的性质与临床症状可将运动情绪障碍分为:(l)惊慌期待型反应。(2)厌倦型反应。(3)抗议型反应。(4)疑病反应。(5)抑郁反应。(6)歇斯底里型反应。 (刘淑慈撰谢三才审)
