性质:C12H14O3(OOCCH33白色结晶粉末。有吸湿性和苦味。相对密度1.26(20/20℃)。熔点86-87℃。旋光度+54.96°。折射率1.4660,加热至285℃分解。溶于乙酸、丙酮、二氯化乙烯、乙酸甲酯、苯、甲苯,微溶于水。几乎不发生水解。对费林试剂无作用。用作纤维素酯和合成树脂的增塑剂、酒精的变性剂、纸张的浸渍剂,也用于配制胶粘剂和喷漆等。由蔗糖与乙酸钠和乙酐作用而制得。
