补充资料：玉林生晒圆肉
玉林生晒圆肉系选取肉厚多甜的"冰糖肉"龙眼果为料，经加工制作而成。色似琥珀，透明而有光泽，松软而稍带弹性，用手能捏成团，松手即散，其味清甜而带香气，用水泡开后形似梅花状。
玉林是桂圆肉主要产地之一。民国时期，玉林的生晒圆肉，就以其质优味美，远销广州、香港以及东南亚一带。民国25年（1936年），共输出圆肉1.6万公斤。龙眼树的分布以新桥、沙田、茂林等处较多。1955年，有龙眼树4639株.1957年总产龙眼384吨，收购圆肉24.01吨,1965年龙眼总产量181吨，收购圆肉30.85万吨。80年代引进大乌圆、石夹等优良品种，至1990年已种下良种龙眼4000多亩。1985年总产龙眼191吨，收购圆肉47.35吨。1990年总产龙眼721吨,仅收购圆肉3.4吨，其余的多在自由市场流通。
圆肉含有大量的葡萄糖、维生素，有补气、补血、益脾、安神作用，为传统名贵补品。
