食管裂孔疝修补术

又称“Belsey手术”。是一种治疗食管裂孔疝的手术方法。通常在全麻下经左胸腔操作，游离下段食管及贲门部后，用2层缝线将胃底重叠包绕于胃食管连接处上4cm长的一段食管的2/3周径。第1排缝3针褥式缝合，置于胃与食管之间。第2排的3针褥式缝合通过周围的膈肌的腱部以及胃底和食管，从后方缝合食管裂孔的膈脚使裂孔缩小。食管裂孔缝缩过紧可引起狭窄、使食管梗阻等并发症。
