治法。系性感集中训练疗法的补充。适于阳痿、不射精和女子性冷淡。第一日，进行非生殖器性感集中训练，夫妻双方用“非需求性姿势”，先由丈夫抚摸妻子，10～20分钟后交换位置，由 妻子抚摸丈夫10～20分钟，双方轻松地入睡。第二日，夫妻用30分钟时间讨论以往和目前在性生 活方面的体会。第三日，先由妻子抚摸10～20分钟，再改由丈夫抚摸10～20分钟。第四日 ，首先由丈夫抚摸，此时应注意欣赏身体其他部位。第五日，由妻子抚摸丈夫，10～20分钟后夫妻 交换体位，由丈夫抚摸妻子。第六日，双方不触摸，进行第二次交流。第七日，可以利用任何 方式相互抚摸，但不允许性交。如果通过一周的训练治疗，双方确实均有欣快感，说明性感集中训练目的已达到。若无进展，则需重复 训练一周。
