Methods The levels of serum IGF-Ⅰ(with IRMA),TGF-α(with RIA) and CA125(with magnetic microparticle chemiluminescent immunoassay) were measured in thirty-five patients with ovarian cancer,forty-two patients with benign ovarian tumor and thirty-eight controls.
方法:用免疫放射分析、放射免疫分析、磁微粒子免疫发光法,对35例卵巢癌患者、42例各类良性卵巢肿瘤患者、38例正常人血清IGF-Ⅰ、TGF-α、CA125进行测定,并动态观察了卵巢癌患者术后7d,术后30d血清IGF-Ⅰ、TGF-α、CA125的变化。

主要包括浆液性乳头状囊腺瘤、黏液性乳头状囊腺瘤和成熟时畸胎瘤等，前两种类型大体病理基本与囊性卵巢良性肿瘤相同，只是囊内有乳头存在，但数量为单发或少量乳头。成熟畸胎瘤是最常见的卵巢良性肿瘤之一，壁厚，囊内液为脂肪等成分，可含有外、中、内三个胚层组织如毛发、皮肤、牙齿、骨等，属卵巢良性肿瘤。
