英文名:Diastase

别名: 糖化酵素;麦芽糖化酵素 ,淀粉酶,淀粉酵素
性状: 淡黄色非结晶形粉末或半透明的鳞片,微臭,无味。在水中部分溶解成浑浊液,在乙醚中几乎不溶。
药理作用: 本品在体内能直接使淀粉分解,变为易于吸收的糊精与麦芽糖,促进胃肠道的消化作用,其分解淀粉的作用在微酸性环境中最强。
适应症: 主要用于治疗缺乏淀粉酶所引起的消化不良、异常发酵、食欲不振等。 用于淀粉性食物的过饱、异常发酵等。
用法用量: 口服:每次0.1-0.5g,一日三次,饭时或饭前服。
注意事项:放置日久或与酸、碱共存时,其糖化力逐渐消失,宜用新鲜制剂;整片吞服,勿嚼碎。
规格: 淀粉酶丸:每丸0.2g;多酶片:每片含淀粉酶0.12g、胃蛋白酶0.04g、胰酶0.12g。每次1-3片,一日三次。
