农村机械维修网管理
农村机械维修网管理国家行政部门对在一定区域范围内分布的具有不同类型、规模和功能的从事拖拉机、内燃机、农用汽车及其他农、牧、副、渔机电设备维修的企业所构成的维修服务网络的管理。农业机械维修网，由分布在县、乡、村的，能够维修多种机械，经营多种维修项目的综合性维修点和仅修一种或少数几个种型号农机或总成的专业化维修点组成。综合性维修点还根据其生产技术条件及质量管理水平分为三级。对网点的管理以农机管理部门为主，工商和劳动管理部门共同参加。在市场经济条件下，农村机械维修点由国有、集体、个体多种经济成份构成，均可成为自主经营的企业法人。国家行政部门对维修网的管理已由主要依靠行政手段转变为主要用经济办法通过服务和法规管理。管理工作包括行业性法规的制定颁布，维修网的建设(规划、布局)与等级审定，农机修理工的培训与考核，农机维修质量的监督，农机维修生产经营的信息管理等内容从1981年以后，农业部农机化管理司先后制定和颁发了《全国农村机械维修点管理办法》、《农机修理工技术等级标准(试行)》、《关于农村机械维修网点等级审定管理的补充规定》和《关于农村机械维修行业工人技术考核的补充规定》等法规性管理文件。这些文件的颁布实施，对于逐步完善农村机械维修网的市场化、规范化、制度化管理，提高农机维修质量，维护用户合法利益产生了积极的推动作用。
