Based on the introduction and analysis of present state of equipment management and maintenance in shipbuilding enterprises,the practical requirement and feasibility suggestions about equipment\'s,especially the digital control equipment\'s management and maintenance under the fine shipbuilding mode in shipbuilding enterprises are proposed.

This paper describes a research and developing program of computer aided equipment maintenance and management system.

The consumption of power including coal,steam,water and electricity,the design of substation and the equipment maintenance management are factors influencing heat-supply cost.
