weixiu sheshi维修设施(maintenanee faeilities)用于装备维修的建筑物、场所、水域及其配套的设备。是装备维修的物质条件，军事设施黝 修船坞海军装备修理部供稿的组成部分。维修设施通常分为通用和专用两类。通用维修设施，如厂房、车间、作业场地、试验场地、库房、洞库、铁路专用线、起重运输设备、维修设备等;专用维修设施，如船坞(含浮船坞)、码头、飞机库、车场等。维修设施通常具备以下条件:有安装设备、进行作业的足够面积和空问;保证设施用途所需的建筑质量，作业环境(温度、湿度、洁净度、采暖、通风、防噪声等)符合环境保护的规定;有安全防护装置和消防设备;有必要的电源(能源)、水源和通信联络设备;设置在保障工作方便的地点;有较强的防护能力和保密措施。对维修设施的管理要求是:建立健全规章制度、并严格遵守;精心维护，定期检查;适时对维修设施进行技术改造与更新;建立、健全维修设施档案。 (温本忠)
