方法180例恶性肿瘤化疗患者随机分为预防组和对照组,化疗期间预防组给予中药加减枳实消痞汤,对照组不给予中药,观察化疗前及化疗5 d后患者胃肠功能障碍的形成及胃肠道症状变化情况。

痞气 痞气 病证名。 ①指脾积。出《难经·五十四难》：“指脘腹部有状如复杯的痞块。《济生方》卷四：“痞气之状，留于胃脘，大如复杯，痞塞不通，是为脾积。诊其脉微大而长，其色黄，其病饥则减，饱则见，腹满呕泄，足肿肉削。久不愈，令人四肢不收。”治宜痞气丸、乌头丸，或大七气汤下红丸子等方。参见脾积条。 ②指气痞。张仲景谓：“脉浮而紧，而复下之，紧反入里，则作痞。按之自濡，但气痞耳。”参见痞条。
