【鉴别】
(1) 取本品的内容物适量（约相当于雷尼替丁0.2g），照盐酸雷尼替丁 项下的鉴别(1) 项试验，显相同的反应。 (2) 取含量测定项下的溶液，照分光光度法（附录Ⅳ A）测定，在228nm与314nm的 波长处有最大吸收。 (3) 取本品的内容物适量，加水振摇，滤过，滤液显氯化物的鉴别反应（附录Ⅲ）。
【检查】
有关物质 取本品内容物适量，照盐酸雷尼替丁片项下的方法测定，杂 质总量不得过4.0％。 其他 应符合胶囊剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ E）。
【含量测定】
取装量差异项下的内容物，混合均匀，精密称取适量（约相当于雷 尼替丁25mg），置100ml 量瓶中，加水使溶解，并稀释至刻度，摇匀，滤过，精密量取 续滤液5ml，照盐酸雷尼替丁片项下的方法，自“置 100ml量瓶中，加水稀释至刻度”起， 依法测定，即得。
