原料:干姜,粳米,水

制法:将干姜研末,每次取3~6克,粳米100克,入沙锅内,加水1000毫升,煮为稀稠粥。每日早晨起床后空腹食之。

效用:姜属姜科植物,干姜乃姜之干品。用于姜煮粥为一经验方,是用干姜和粳米加水煮成,具有健胃止呕、温中散寒的功用。[适应症状]胃寒呕吐、脾寒泻泄(如:慢性胃炎、慢性结肠炎、消化不良)以及肺寒咳嗽(如:慢性支气管炎)等。

说明:论治解说]干姜辛热性燥,善祛里寒以温胃之阳。与甘平粳米煮粥,性温补脾,健脾止呕,温中散寒。凡阴寒内盛,阳气衰微,或脾胃虚寒,吐泻冷痛等症,皆可服用。本品既能温脾阳燥湿,又能温肺气以散寒,寒饮化而不致上犯肺,则喘咳自止。故本粥又常用于寒饮犯肺之咳喘症。姜有生姜、干姜之分,功用也有所不同,用生姜和干姜煮粥,其性能亦各异。生姜粥辛温,长于发散,又能温中止呕,为外感风寒及胃寒呕吐之常用粥。干姜粥性热,燥烈之性较强,而长于温中回阳,兼能温肺化痰、偏治里寒之症。[现代研究]本品含有挥发油和辣味素等,可促进血液循环,能反射性兴奋血管运动中枢,通过交感神经兴奋,使血压上升。辛辣刺激,确能使健康的人的血压增高。[注意事项]胃热呕吐及胃溃疡出血者不宜食。
