脊柱活动度


脊柱作前屈后仰、侧屈及回旋动作的能力与范围。正常脊柱有一定活动度,但各部的活动范围有明显不同。颈椎与腰椎的活动范围较大,胸椎的活动度较小,骶椎几乎不活动。一般情况下,颈椎可以前屈45°,后伸45°,左右侧屈各45°,旋转60°。腰椎在臀部固定的条件下,可前屈45°,后伸35°,左右侧屈各30°,旋转45°。脊柱活动度受限常见于颈部、腰部软组织损伤;颈椎、腰椎骨质增生;脊柱结核和肿瘤造成的骨质破坏;脊椎骨折、脱位及椎间盘突出等。
