Methods percutaneous transluminal renal angioplasty with stent was performed on 9 patients with RAS70% for hypertension or renal dysfunction, they all were renal atherosclerosis.
方法 对2003年3月至2004年10月我院9例(10例次)伴有高血压或肾功能不全的RAS≥70%患者(均为动脉粥样硬化狭窄)进行肾动脉腔内支架植入术(percutaneous transluminal renal angioplasty with stent,PTRAS),观察手术对患者血压、肾功能的影响。

法国作曲家、指挥家。1863年8月16日生于梅斯,1937年7月17日卒于普卢让。1870年入巴黎音乐学院从C.-A.弗朗克学管风琴,从J.马斯内学作曲,成绩优异。1882年以康塔塔《埃迪特》获罗马大奖赴意大利留学。回国后，1890～1898年任圣克洛蒂尔德大教堂管风琴师。1903年被聘为科洛纳音乐会的代理指挥,1910年升任正指挥,直到1934年退休，每年要指挥48场音乐会。他创作了大量乐曲，包括多种体裁。他的创作一方面师承弗朗克，写了许多严肃的宗教音乐作品，如清唱剧《儿童十字军》(1902)、《阿西西的圣弗朗索瓦》(1912)、《方济各会教堂风景》(1920)等；另一方面由于曾经受教于马斯内而表现出感官的、世俗的、欢快的情趣，如喜歌剧《索菲·阿尔努》等。他特别擅长于表现感情的各种细微差异,这一特点在他的歌剧和舞剧作品中发挥得最充分,如他的代表作芭蕾《西达莉斯与森林神》(1923)。
