性质:简称贮料缸(accumulator)。吹塑大型容器时,为了快速挤出大直径厚壁管坯所用的辅助蓄料装置。其进口与挤出机出口相连,以将连续挤出的熔料积蓄起来,然后根据生产周期的需要,再由注射柱塞定时地通过机头压出成管坯。采用贮料缸能够快速生产重型管坯,从而避免了管坯上部因重力垂伸造成的减薄和型坯下部过早的冷却现象。
