方法选取瓣膜置换手术患者40例,其中20例为房颤持续时间超过36个月,另20例为窦性心律,以ELISA法检测血清HSP27/60/70含量,以Western斑点印迹法检测右心房心肌组织中HSP27/60/70的表达水平。
