十住论云：一自力门，谓修六度万行等，如人陆地步行千里，其到则迟。二他力门，谓念佛等，如人水路船行千里，其到则疾。今真言中密具自他二力。又诸经中说真言行者，现世能成无上菩提。故楼阁经云：我于无量百千劫，虽行苦行，犹不得菩提。由才闻陀罗尼故，加行相应，便成正觉。是也。（六度者，一布施、二持戒、三忍辱、四精进、五禅定、六智慧也。）
