职业技能标准
职业技能标准在职业分类的基础上，通过科学地划分工种并对工种进行分析和评价，根据其对知识、技能水平的要求，进行概括和界定。职业技能标准划分为国家标准、行业(地区)标准和企业标准3级。其内容包括知识要求、技能要求和工作实例3个部分，并根据技能水平的高低和工作特点的不同，分别设立初、中、高三级制，初、中(中高)二级制或初一级制。职业技能标准是衡量从业人员技术业务水平和工作能力的尺度，是对从业人员进行技术培训、技能鉴定、企业使用劳动力以及开展国际劳务交流的依据。中国工人技术等级标准自20世纪50年代初期制定，1963年和1979年曾组织过两次全国性修订，从1988年起，劳动部组织全国46个行业进行第三次修订工作。
