性质:非贴壁依赖性细胞的一种培养方式。细胞悬浮于培养基中生长或维持。某些贴壁依赖性细胞经过适应和选择也可用此方法培养。增加悬浮培养规模相对比较简单,只要增加体积就可以子。深度超过5mm,需要搅动培养基,超过10cm,还需要深层通入CO2和空气,以保证足够的气体交换。
