尿比重测量法
urinometry
斜持比重筒，将尿液沿筒壁缓缓倒入，避免激起泡沫，至可将比重计浮起为度。将比重计轻轻放入并加以捻转，使能游离悬浮在尿液中，在转动未停前，读取尿液凹面的比重读数。一般尿比重计是以15℃或20℃为标准制成，液体的温度可影响比重，如需精确数值，应将读得结果加以校正，即温度每高3℃，应加0.001；每低3℃，应减0.001。尿内含大量蛋白质或糖时也需要校正。蛋白质每增加10g/L，应将比重读数减去0.003。糖每增加10g/L，应将比重读数减去0.004。尿量少时可用微型比重计测量(5ml尿即够）或用蒸馏水将尿稀释(勿超过3倍）再测定，然后将比重读数的末两位数字乘以稀释倍数即可。
