性质: 一类含氧醚键的缩聚型聚酰亚胺。由二硝基双酰亚胺中间体与双酚盐阴离子进行芳族亲核硝基取代反应而成。商品名Ultem,综合性能突出,易于成型加工,耐溶剂性稍差。Ultem 1000为白色粉末,密度1.27g/cm3,玻璃化温度217℃,极限氧指数47。材料的拉伸强度105MPa(23℃)和41MPa(180℃),拉伸模量3000MPa,断裂伸长率68%~80%,热变形温度200℃,热膨胀系数5.6×10-5℃-1,介电常数3.15(103Hz),体积电阻率6.7×1015Ω·cm,缺口冲击强度50J/m。溶于酚类、酰胺类和部分氯代烃溶剂。经玻璃纤维、碳纤维或矿物填充的Ultem复合材料,机械性能大幅度提高。主要用于电子和电机的高强度精密零部件和连接件、绝缘涂层和薄膜,飞机和汽车的各种高强度和耐高温结构部件,医用外科手术器械,以及厨具等。
