   在水域内修建水利工程的过程中,为创造干地施工条件,用围堰围护基坑,将河水通过预定方式导向下游的工程措施。导流方案的选定关系到整个工程施工的工期、质量、造价和安全度汛,事先要有周密设计,施工要像对待主体工程那样重视。导流方式分河床外导流与河床内导流。前者用围堰一次拦断整个河床,河水通过河床外的导流泄水建筑物导向下游;后者用围堰先后分段围护部分河床,河水通过被束窄的另一部分河床导走,即分期导流。按泄水建筑物类型分,有明渠导流、涵洞或隧洞导流,以及坝体底孔、梳齿或缺口过流等导流方式。涵洞导流多用于中小型水闸、土石坝等工程,底孔导流用于混凝土坝施工。梳齿导流则是在混凝土坝施工时预留梳齿状缺口过水,随坝体升高,分级轮换封堵缺口。
