目标导向的交互设计方法关注用户的目标,在研究产品的实际用户和潜在用户的基础上,定义出具体的原型用户(人物角色persona);使用人物角色作为脚本提纲(scenarios)的主要人物,把人物角色作为定义产品功能、行为和形式的主要工具,在设计过程中遵循行为设计的原理。

病人角色(sick role)人的社会身份为病人。作为病人就须遵守作为病人身份的社会规范和享有给他的权利，主要是休息和治疗的权利。在我们的社会里，病人角色意味着:(l)有权接受医疗照顾，要求医师作出诊断，积极治疗。(2)根据病情轻重，有相应的病假休息权。(3)有和医护人员合作的义务。(4)部分或全部地卸去原来社会角色所承担的责任。病人角色的扮演往往是不自愿的、强迫性的，有时是突发性的，因此，需要有一个适应过程。医务人员应了解这一点，协助病人适应这一角色，这也是心理咨询、心理治疗的一个方面。 (徐云撰梁宝勇申)
