综合能耗(comPrehensive。。ergyconsump-tion)在一定区域(国家、地区、行业、用一能单位)、一定时期内，对实际消耗的各种能源进行综合计算所得的消耗量。它是能源统计分析中的重要指标。 实际消耗的各种能源，包括一次能源(如原煤、石油、天然气等)和二次能源(如电力、蒸气、焦炭、煤气、成品油、液化石油气等)，以及耗能工质伪目水、氧气、压缩空气等)所消耗的能源。各种能源消耗不得重复计算或漏记。 综合能耗计算原则主要有3条。①将各种能源折算成标准煤(符号ce，见煤当量)量或标准油(符号oe，见油当量)量。中国规定:Ikg标准煤(Ikg。。)的低发热量等于29·3MJ;Ikg标准油(Ikgo。)低发热量等于41.87MJ。②实际消耗能源的实物量乘该种能源折算系数，即为该种能源消耗的标准煤或标准袖量，可算作伺量纲间计算。二次能源折算系数可分等价与当量两类(见能源折算系数)，从理论上讲，以采用当量为合理，在中国一般对电力采用等价能源折算系数。③综合能耗中实际消耗的各种能源量，是指本区域净消耗量，应减去外销的能源。 综合能耗分类分为总综合能耗，单位综合能耗(见单位产值能耗、单位产品(工作量)能耗)，可比单位缭合能耗三类。总综合能耗是本企业实际消耗能源的总和，单位可采用tc。或kgc。。 (尹锡勋)
