超负荷模拟(simulation of over一oading)一种超过比赛承受量的训练。比如，比赛要求在某器械上做一套动作，而在模拟训练中当选手做完一套后，要求立即再重做一遍或几遍。有的比赛可持续一个小时，训练时，就让运动员多练几个小时。通过这种超负荷模拟，增加困难指标，以便提高运动员完成动作的能力和信心。 (谢三才撰刘淑慈审)
