For inspection the working reliability of the rollers sustainment frame in active segment of continuous casting of steel bloom,the loads of sustainment flame has been sorted,the dynamic resistance and the bulging of billet have been solved respectively by dynamic FEA model,and the dead load of the frame has been obtained by theoretic method.
为校核全新设计的大方坯连铸机活动段铸辊支撑架的工作可靠性,根据活动段支撑架的实际工况进行载荷分类,以有限元数值分析软件为载体,分别计算活动段在设计工况下的动态拉坯阻力与动态铸坯鼓肚力,采用传统理论算法确定活动段的静载荷。

东汉分段锦铜马 东汉时期铜制品。1975、1976年，贵州兴仁、兴义东汉墓出土。铜马系分段铸造，装配而成。全马分头、耳、颈、身躯、尾四肢十一段。除两耳外，其余九段皆砂模空心铸造，装配接头为子母口，由十七个销拴固定。两耳及尾铸成子母口投合后，再涂上一种白色粘合料加以固定。从耳至足通高88厘米。昂首翘尾，左前肢提起，张嘴露齿作嘶鸣状。两耳直立，耳内涂朱。辱涂朱，上唇外残留有涂金痕迹，面具涂金。腹部丰满，臀部方圆，长肢，肘腋开豁，方膝，厚蹄，尾打结，这种分段铸造，镶接成形的铜马，在四川也曾出土过，但不多见。
