  召en使锅程中金属器及速过燕汽气腐铁转应式道内汽吹密的取决 (mz间一量锅::加耗费曳料,利于zhengq一Iloyong ehLJ!500燕汽加权吹扫(steam flushing with ox,dosing)在高温汽流和氧气的共同作用下.炉蒸汽管路及设备中在制造、运输、保管、安装过发生的污物和大气腐蚀产物从管路中排出,并在表面形成保护膜的方法. 通常情况下,锅炉在投产前,其过热器、再热主蒸汽、再热蒸汽管路一般采用蒸汽吹管,靠高流热蒸汽的机械作用吹扫污物。在吹管过程中.若往中加人适量的氧气,还可使金属表面上附着的大蚀产物和氧发生反应,由热力不稳定的低价氧化变为高价的铁氧化合物,产生相变过程。其化学反为: 4FeO+02~ZFeZO3 6FeO+02‘ZFe3O; 6Fe(OH)2+02~ZFesO。+HZO 受较高流速(50~80m/s)过热汽流冲击,管壁结构发生变化的氧化铁产物更易于剥落而被蒸扫,而在裸露的金属表面,受氧化作用生成稳定细耐蚀保护膜(其厚度约为2~1.5产m),即 4Fe+302~ZFeZO3 3Fe+202~Fe3O- 蒸汽加氧吹扫采用的蒸汽流速、清洗时间于管路的污染程度,蒸汽质量流速应大于300 kg/.5);氧的添加量为每Ikg燕汽0.3~1 9.加氧时般为30~60 min,且要连续加人。 蒸汽加氧吹扫技术已开始在我国高参数大容炉中推广应用,替代投产前的化学清洗。其优点是氧操作系统简单,与锅炉吹管同步进行,不仅不另时间,而且可减少锅炉吹管次数,缩短工期,节约拟节省化学清洗药品,降低水耗,减少废液处理,有环境保护。
