在综观国内外旅游业发展大势的前提下,结合江苏省旅游度假区的建设开发,对连云港市赣榆的海州湾度假区在自然环境、旅游资源、区位优势等方面条件进行了分析,介绍了其建设发展和经营的现状,然后针对发展中存在和面临的问题进行了剖解,指出了要真正推动度假区的建设发展,必须从合理定位、改善措施、突出特色、加大宣传、强化经营管理、协调发展等方面进行一系列深入细致的艰苦工作。

| 海州湾 位于中国江苏省东北部沿海 。受黄河泥沙 淤积影响，海底地形比较单一、平缓。淤泥质浅滩宽阔，是淮北盐场的海盐生产基地。猴嘴镇为淮北盐业的集散地。南面的连云港，建在后云台山和东西连岛之间，其间的鹰游门海面一般宽约2千米，长约6千米，在鹰游山屏蔽下，风平浪小，平均潮差3.4米，最大可能潮差6.4 米。吃水7米海轮可自由进出，吃水7～10米海轮须乘潮入港。 |
